The rates were reasonable and worth every penny! Bob had a flexible schedule and willingness to meet personal needs with two small kids in the house. He was courteous and extremely friendly! He even survived my little ones watching him work and asking lots of questions. We were thrilled with the results of our clean carpets and shining kitchen tiles. We'll have Bob back for sure, and have already recommended him to several friends.
